Have you heard? Starting in 2023, Medicare is covering all ACIP recommended vaccines (Part B and Part D) at 100%. Beneficiaries are not responsible for any vaccine costs, even if they have not met their deductible.

This is especially important for GSK Shingrix, a vaccine covered by Part D. Beneficiaries were paying up to $200 per dose for Shingrix (two dose series) before 2023. Now, they can get the vaccine at a pharmacy or in their medical home with no out of pocket costs, even if they have not met their deductible.
